How We Work Together
This isn’t about buying my time. It’s about delivering outcomes that matter for you.
Discovery Engagement (2-4 weeks)
We start with focused diagnostic work. I spend time with your team, review your architecture and codebase, understand your roadmap and constraints. You get a clear picture of what’s actually going on and specific recommendations with cost and timeline estimates.
From there, we can work together in whatever way makes sense:
Fractional CTO - Regular strategic support, usually 1-2 days per week, helping you make ongoing technical decisions, coach your leaders, and navigate challenges.
Technical Architecture Partner - Project-based work on specific technical challenges - platform migrations, vendor evaluations, architectural reviews, integration strategy.
Strategic Advisor - Periodic check-ins and guidance for companies that need experienced counsel but not ongoing hands-on support.

I’ve made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and know what good looks like. More importantly, I know that every company is different and what worked somewhere else might not work for you.
